Wow you are really good at this assignment. Also I think you did great job at picking pictures to go together. If I was to just look at these I would think this is how you took the pictures.
You did a good job keeping the lines of your changes clean. It can be easy to end up with a halo effect around an object when you superimpose it onto a background, but your images do not have that. I found the Jeep image to be more effective than the doorway only because some of the doorway lines are almost too clean. Looking at our original doorway image, the lines of the door and the glass within the door are softened by being out of focus, but where you added the field into the image the lines are much crisper. Incorporating the blur and/or clone stamp tools along that edge to soften it would make this image even more effective.
Nice job, I really like the Jeep photo. It looks like it could be an ad. The door photo is awesome as well I love that you can see the field in the window. Great work!
As always, an amazing job. You used Photoshop rather than Gimp? They look very professional, and after the challenges I had, I'm assuming you've used this technique before?
Hey Karen- yes I use Photoshop. I found CS6 design premium on Amazon with a student discount for $250. I use these techniques all the time. I can't imagine not having these tools. Thanks everyone!
